Dues Assessment Letter Request (Sale)

For home closings, please complete this form. Once completed a dues assessment letter will be faxed to the number identified below. Please submit your request as far in advance of closing to ensure the ‘Dues Assessment Letter’ is received in a timely manner (at least 5 business days).

Upon closing, an administrative fee of $75 must be submitted with a signed (by buyer) copy of the assessment letter to:
